Delivery
Onshoes.com offer a free delivery service (By Courier or Royal Mail Signed For Delivery) on all orders within the UK and Northern Ireland. Postage to Southern Ireland is £14.99
We shall endeavour to dispatch goods within 5-7 working days (or sooner) after we receive your order. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
Please note that at present we don't ship outside the UK & Ireland and that all footwear orders will need to be signed for. You are welcome to change your address prior to dispatch, although if you change after dispatch you will be liable to pay a redelivery charge, as we get charged this by DHL Express.
When you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails. Firstly, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order. Once your footwear has been picked, packed and dispatched, you will receive another email confirming shipping.
